Knossos

We toured Knossos today. It was filled with a lot of ancient Greek history. 

The story behind this art work really stood out to me. This portrait illustrates the bull fights held in Knossos during the bull leaping games. Young boys and girls were challenged to flip the bull around without killing the animal. Since this was a tricky tasks, the bull ended up winning the games and ultimately killing the people.

It was a very interesting and educational experience.
